- Background checks on all personnel , security training and awareness program
- All the employees are bound by confidentiality and non-competition agreements and there is an immediate termination clause for even a minor breach
- The production staff is restricted from using the Internet, CD drives, USB, etc. to avoid information thef
- Careful monitoring and restriction regarding Internet access, email, the internal network and files (password and login/logout procedures)
- Staff is forbidden to take company materials out of the facility without prior approval.
- The delivered files will be stored to an optical disk, as well as on the server, and password protected for additional security. The files are deleted after client confirmation.
- Rooms with client documents and storage media are restricted, locked and monitored 24 hours a day. Employees without proper authorization are not allowed entry.
- No papers and pens in production facilities.
