  Facility
JOIN builds each of its facilities according to BPO standards. We've equipped our spaces to ensure business continuity, disaster recovery prevention and data security.
  • JOIN's Service Center is located in Xi'an Software Park, housing over 200 workstations to provide you with high quality, large volume and low cost services.
  • JOIN also has 3 additional facilities in Xi'an, housing 600 workstations to meet your large volume requirements.
  • Each facility is properly managed with a full time Facility Manager who ensures that all equipment and resources are working perfectly.
  • Current space can accommodate over 800 Data Entry operators for a single-shift and 2400 Data Entry operators in a three-shift operation.
JOIN has the experience to build and operate a facility within a short time span. This gives our clients access to captive centers of varying sizes and specifications. We also have signed service agreements with qualified vendors who provide us with equipment and 24-hour support. Here is the performance data for setting up a new facility:

Management
Current people
JOIN has a team with an international vision of serving our clients worldwide. Our management team provides us with valuable direction and is a core competency for JOIN in today's fierce marketplace. The team consists of the senior officers, who originally established the company, local officers to support and solve our clients' problems, and project management teams who operate our China Service Center.

  • We now have a full-time production staff of 600 people. Our Service Center is divided into development, training, production and operational divisions.
  • In the following 3 years, our strategic plan is to expand into a stage of 3000 workstations with 9000 personnel, 24/7, 3 shifts.
How we expand
Any changes that occur during the duration of a project will be implemented and discussed for improving the process of future projects.

  • We can consistently expand our personnel size using our established contacts with local training schools and recruiting organizations.
  • We can do flexible pre-job training according to our workload expansion requirements.
Technology
Hardware and networking
JOIN has established support teams to assist with hardware and networking issues for the company. We have signed service agreements with reliable vendors to provide us with equipment and 24-hour support.

JOIN's area network is carried through a dedicated leased line, capable of connecting limitless facilities to meet client expansion requirements. Each facility also has its own leased line for business continuity. In addition, we've signed service agreements with China's two largest telecom service providers (China Telecom & China Netcom). Both service providers are obligated by contract to resolve all communications problems within a maximum of four hours.

JOIN's hardware engineers offer full-time support for the China Service Center and other facilities 24-hours a day. The network engineers are fully trained and have at least 3 years of experience in the BPO industry. We also have created an engineering backup system to better serve expansion requirements. Our good cooperation with local universities and recruiting organizations ensures our access to top engineering talents.

Software
JOIN's software support is provided by our in-house software development team. The team has developed the Unified Data Entry System (UDES) for various data entry & processing services. The UDES platform software ensures mandatory workflow with integrated technical formulas that satisfy our clients' accuracy requirements. The UDES Platform is also available for external facilities to process data by the same workflow.

Additionally, JOIN has developed its own BPO Management System to make data processing efficient and consistent. Utilizing real time monitoring for productivity, workload statistics and automatic feedback reports, the BPO Management System ensures the operation is under control.

The UDES Platform integrated with BPO Management System could connect all the facilities to JOIN to work together. This would be easy to expand anytime, anywhere.
