What is outsourcing?
"Outsourcing" involves transferring or sharing management control and / or decision-making of a business function to an outside supplier, which involves a degree of two-way information exchange, coordination and trust between the outsourcer and its client.

Where is your office located?
JOIN's main production center is located in Xi'an, a city of 8 million in central China. Xi'an is a prosperous city with a large supply of qualified, English proficient workers. Are there international flights to your city?
Xi'an's International Airport currently has 165 domestic and 25 international flights. Xi'an has direct flights to America and seven European countries.

What turnaround times do you offer?
We can turnaround processed data within minutes for customers requiring instant delivery, or 8-24 hour turnaround time for projects requiring overnight processing. For large projects, we can also deliver completed work to you daily, three times a week (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday), as well as weekly. The documents and forms can be transferred via Internet, FTP, or VPN in almost any format. If special delivery requirements are necessary, we can accommodate your needs.

Do you have policies in place for data privacy and security?
Our BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) success is based on data security and confidentiality. We have put in place both technical and managerial policies for data privacy and security that guarantee your service. All personnel are obligated to follow our strict guidelines.

How do you guarantee the quality?
We guarantee accuracy of up to 99.95% or higher as per your requirement.
  • Test project:Before we begin full production for any project, we perform tests to assure the final results are exactly what the customer wants. Testing usually uncovers any quality or production issues, and lets the customer see the actual output and how it can be used.
  • Computer software: Assisting with data entry accuracy. We use field validation, table lookups, consistency formulas, and logic rules.
  • OCR with verification: For source documents with clear printing and consistent formats, Optical Character Recognition (OCR) technology provides fast, automated data extraction.
  • Double data entry: In this process, data is keyed in by two independent operators. We will use double or triple entry keying according to project specifications. The documents and forms are handled by our experienced data entry staff at a minimum of 99.95% accuracy. Our software rates the operator in terms of both speed in keystrokes per hour (KPH) and accuracy.
  • Compare: In this process, our software will compare all data fields from data entry A & B. Any discrepancies will be flagged and corrected by an operator. After corrections have been made, there is another level of verification by a third operator. From these two files (A & B) the software generates file C. This process creates files reaching up to 99.97% accuracy.
  • Training: We always provide training to our employees to achieve high accuracy. We use pre-job training; project-specific training and on-going training to ensure our operators understand the details of each project and continue to hone their skills.
  • Summary & assessment: We have our own dedicated production team handling project summary and assessment, including: defect tracking, quality reporting and project-specific training for continuous quality improvement.
How much does the service cost?
We are flexible with price calculations. We can charge per form, as well as the number of fields on a form. We can also charge per project or the hourly cost per man.
