Join Innovation Technology Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as the company) establishes protection policy of personal information according to the correlative requirements of Specification of Personal information Protection (hereinafter referred to as the specification) within Software and Information Services in order to guarantee the right of the main body of information and the security of personal information, and will comply strictly with the related laws and regulations. The company will implement and maintain the protection policy of personal information by following the specification.
- In order to ensure the integrality, privacy and availability of personal information, the company will set up a personal information protection management system based on the specification and national laws and regulations.
- Only the main body of information approves, the company gets access to gaining and using the personal information and will give proper management. When the company gives it to the third party, it should inform the main body of information about purpose and range by lawful and fair means.
- To ensure the accuracy and security of personal information, the company carries out some measures like implementing strategy for protecting information security to prevent the unauthorized accessing, loss, damage and disclosure of personal information and so on.
- The company will not supply one's information to the third party unless the very person agrees or relevant Acts of protecting personal information allows.
- The company will take appropriate actions to meet the requirements when the one requests to revise, or stop using his/her information.
- Adhere to the supervision and inspection system of protecting personal information and supervise the implementation of personal information system regularly in the company.
- The company will make a regular assessment on its own regulations and systems of personal information protection management to make sure it can be improved continuously.
- The company will set up a specific department to receive comments and suggestions from community. The responsible person is Liu Juli.
